Buchara

Named after the ancient city of Bukhara which was a vibrant center of trade along the Silk Road. Bukhara has always been a hub of craftsmanship and design. We returned to Bukhara to shoot our collection during the city's first art Biennale. The design is inspired by the many geometric brick patterns seen in the city. The floating threads are artisanally produced and have small variations in the spacing which highlight the beauty of imperfection and handmade craftsmanship.
