Rostam
Rostam was a Persian legendary hero whose life was immortalized by 10th century poet Ferdowsi in the Shahnameh, or Book of Kings, which contains pre-Islamic Iranian folklore and history. He was a great warrior celebrated for his strength, wisdom and unmatched prowess in battle. Rostam was the lover of Tahmina who was the princess of the legendary kingdom of Turan.
